Job Description
We're looking for an exceptional Barista / All-Rounder to join our team at Miss Pryor.

For this role, coffee is a big deal. You must be highly experienced behind the coffee machine and able to produce consistently excellent coffee, even during very busy service periods. Robust knowledge of espresso, milk texture, latte art, workflow and coffee quality is essential.

But outstanding coffee alone isn't enough.

We're looking for someone who is super bubbly, naturally smiley and genuinely loves dealing with people. We want someone who walks into work with positive energy, welcomes customers with a big smile and enjoys building relationships with our regulars.

You will also play an significant role in supporting the management team and taking responsibility when the manager is away. For this reason, a minimum of 3 years of previous café, hospitality or similar
managerial/supervisory
experience is required.
