About the Role
n
As a Roving Chef, you will travel between our aged care facilities to:

You will be required to travel across Melbourne
n
Prepare and deliver high-quality meals across various sites
n
Support and enhance resident dining experiences
n




Assist kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations
n
Maintain food safety, WHS, and quality compliance
n
Manage stock, ordering, and food costs
n
Communicate effective with facility management, residents, and families
n

What You Bring
n
n
Ideally, aged care experience, including modified textures and dietary requirements
n
Solid food cost and stock management skills
n
Qualified presentation and communication
n
Knowledge of Food Safety legislation
n
Flexibility to travel between sites
n
