Cater Care is seeking a high-performing Client Development Manager to lead current business growth across our Aged Care and Inpatient Healthcare portfolios. You will prospect, pitch, and secure high-value contracts from the ground up, leveraging your sales acumen and industry insight.

Based on the East Coast with up to two days per week WFH, you'll build executive relationships, manage a robust B2B pipeline, and collaborate with bid, brand and operations teams to win strategic prospects.
