Nude Amigos is a busy and established restaurant specialising in up-to-date Mexican cuisine.
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Chef to join our team on a full-time basis.This is a genuine full time position in a quick-paced kitchen setting.Responsibilities:Preparing and cooking menu items to a high standardManaging kitchen operations during serviceAssisting with menu planning and developmentSupervising and training kitchen staffManaging stock control and orderingEnsuring compliance with food safety regulationsMaintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchenRequirements:Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery (Certificate III or higher)1 year experience as a ChefExperience in a commercial kitchen environmentAbility to work evenings and weekendsStrong organisational and teamwork skillsFull-time position (38 hours per week)Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per annum
