Australian Venue Co is seeking an experienced Tournant Head Chef to lead across several venues south of the river in Perth. You will step in where needed, guiding teams to deliver excellent food and service across busy pubs and waterfront venues, with opportunities to move between venues.
You'll manage staff, ensure quality and consistency, and drive improvements in kitchen operations while maintaining solid safety standards and a hands-on approach to leadership.
