The role rotates AM/PM/ND shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to provide clinical guidance and support to nurses delivering secure, person-centred care.
You will advocate for evidence-based nursing, assist in ongoing career development, provide supervision and support educational initiatives, and collaborate with the Nursing Clinical Coach
