This full time role offers a market-market-competitive salary range of AU$80k–AU$85k plus superannuation, working across weekdays and weekends in a busy, dining-focused venue.
You will mentor the kitchen team, oversee food preparation, manage stock and cost controls, ensure HACCP compliance, and contribute to seasonal menus.
