Job Description
Afford Disability Services is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our Homes and Living services in the Hawkesbury/ Penrith region. You will guide 4 SIL homes, lead Support Workers, and ensure protected, high‐quality, person‐centred support aligned with client goals and NDIS plans.

You will manage staffing, performance and payroll processes, build robust stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvement across service delivery.
