Job Description
Sundale Ltd in Palmwoods is seeking a Residential Services Manager to lead the Palmwoods Care Centre, a 71-room home with a 14-bed MSU, reporting to the Operations Manager. The role provides weekday, in office leadership to drive care quality, culture and performance in collaboration with the in office Clinical Manager.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, governance, budgets and AN‐ACC targets while supporting staff development and resident-focused care across the home.
