Artisan Ornaments Pty. in Maribyrnong, Victoria is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Online Orders Assistant for a seasonal contract. You will handle inquiries, process orders, returns, and manage online sales tasks during the busy run to Christmas.

Responsibilities include answering calls and emails, updating product information, packing and labeling parcels, and collaborating with the team to improve processes. Availability Monday to Friday from early November is required.
