Job Description
Elka Collective, based in Melbourne, seeks a Garment Technician to partner with Design and Production to turn concepts into technically sound garments. You will handle specs, sampling, fit sessions, and quality checks to uphold premium craftsmanship.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Garment Tech, solid construction knowledge, pattern/grading expertise, and proficiency in Illustrator and Excel for daily tasks.
