The University of Melbourne is seeking a Workday-focused specialist to configure and support Workday Talent (Performance & Goals) and HCM Core for staff across the university. You will translate HR and business needs into compliant configurations, collaborating with HR, IT and vendors in a complex enterprise workplace.
You will lead workshops, manage testing, and provide Tier 1–2 support while developing guides and training to uplift Workday capability.
