Alzheimer's Queensland is seeking an experienced community-services leader to manage and grow Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) services across the Darling Downs region, based at the Toowoomba Multi Service Centre.

Reporting to the State Manager – Queensland & Current South Wales, you will be accountable for service delivery, client engagement, financial and workforce performance, quality and sustainable growth. This is an prospect to shape CHSP expansion in the area.
