Job Description
Discovery Resorts – Kings Canyon is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our iconic kitchen team.
You will support the Head Chef in daily operations, mentor staff and uphold exceptional culinary standards in a remote outback setting.
You'll help deliver à la carte dining, buffet and special dining experiences while ensuring HACCP compliance, cost control and high guest satisfaction in one of Australia's most iconic locations.
