The Esplanade in Brighton, SA, is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at South Australia's premier beachfront pub.
This hands-on leadership role combines culinary excellence with operations oversight, culture, and guest experience in a flagship venue.
You will own the kitchen performance, drive teamwork with FOH and publican, and mentor a high-performing team while delivering memorable, quality food in a coastal setting.
