You will guide flavour development, create briefs for suppliers, and manage the end-to-end NPD process from concept through to launch.
You will apply robust sensory expertise, commercial judgement, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver creative, market-ready teas while maintaining compliance and master data accuracy.
