Job Description
Queensland Health is seeking a Team Leader to manage phlebotomy, specimen collection and reception services at Redland Hospital. In consultation with the Supervising Scientist, you will ensure procedures meet NATA, ISO and Pathology Queensland standards.

You will lead teams, oversee workflow, liaise with stakeholders, and drive continuous quality improvement within a supportive, inclusive workplace.
