Job Description
Lendlease Construction is looking for a Supervisor to join the team in Melbourne's North Western suburbs and support the delivery of a long-term Data Centre project. This is a 4-month contract chance where you will work closely with a team of Site Managers to help ensure site operations run smoothly, safely, and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

Coordinating daily site activities and subcontractor management
n
Monitoring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
n
Supporting the implementation of project plans, schedules, and site documentation
n
Conducting site inspections and report progress to senior supervisors
n
Helping resolve on-site issues promptly to maintain workflow
n
Maintaining accurate records of site activities and materials
n
n
About you
n
n
Trade qualification or Certificate III/IV in Building and Construction or equivalent qualification
n




5+ years of experience in a construction or site-based role
n
Basic understanding of WHS regulations and site safety practices
n
Strong communication and organizational skills
n
Ability to work collaboratively in a quick-paced setting
n
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with construction management software (desirable)
