Job Description
Ambition Recruitment is seeking a Customer Accounts & Collections Manager to lead a secure, high-performing team in Sydney CBD.
You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive cash collection, and enhance customer outcomes through proactive account management.
You'll work with Finance, Operations and Customer teams, analyze data to improve performance, and coach staff to achieve targets in a rapid-paced workplace.
This is a permanent, on-site role.
