You will perform on-going repairs, preventative maintenance of buildings, plant, equipment, gardening and furniture, and help ensure a secure workplace for residents and staff.Reporting to the Service Manager, you will manage contractors, maintain gardens, and support health and safety with a proactive, team-oriented approach.
