Job Description
El Jannah, a growing NSW-based QSR network, seeks a senior Corporate Business Manager to lead a portfolio of corporate restaurants.
You will partner with the Regional Manager to drive profitability, coach Restaurant Managers, and oversee openings from recruitment to handover.
You'll analyse P&L; data, enhance operational KPIs, manage labour costs and COGS, and ensure brand standards and guest experience across sites.
A hands-on leader who thrives in quick-paced restaurants will excel.
