Job Description
Downer is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join the Pavement Rehabilitation team in Maddington, WA.
You will lead frontline crews, coordinate site activities and ensure protected, effective delivery of road infrastructure projects.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will plan, organise and monitor personnel, plant, suppliers and resources, driving continuous improvement while maintaining high safety and quality standards on site.
