Central Coast Local Health District is recruiting a Social Worker Level 3 at Wyong Hospital to provide advanced social work assessment and care planning for complex presentations within a multidisciplinary Drug and Alcohol service.
The role focuses on expert clinical leadership, mentoring and improving service delivery.
You will work with patients, families and carers, applying evidence-informed practice and independent judgement to support positive outcomes.
