Future Generation Joint Venture (FGJV) is seeking an IT qualified to provide desktop and remote end-user support across multiple sites for Snowy 2.0.
The role covers troubleshooting software and hardware, setting up devices, and assisting the IT Network Supervisor to meet site IT needs.Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field, IT certifications (MCSA/MCSE/CCNA/ITIL), a White Card, and at least 2 years supporting an IT setting with 60+ computers.
