Mind Australia is seeking a compassionate Family and Carer Peer Practitioner for a permanent, part time role in Parkville.
You will draw on your lived experience to support families and carers, facilitate groups, and promote recovery-oriented practice within a multidisciplinary team.
You will champion family-inclusive care, engage in co-design initiatives, and help strengthen support pathways, with vaccination and First Aid requirements prior to employment.
