seek.com.au is seeking a hands-on Venue Manager for a large-format coastal pub and hotel on the Bellarine Peninsula. You will own guest experience, labour, COGS and standards, reporting to the Managing Director.
This full time role will run bar, bistro, functions and TAB, drive guest satisfaction, set FOH/BOH standards and lead a team while ensuring safety and compliance. The ideal candidate has proven venue/hotel/pub management experience, solid labour/COGS control, a calm leadership presence
