North West Hospital and Health Service Pharmacy team is seeking a Pharmacist to deliver clinical pharmacy services across clinical and dispensary areas in Mount Isa. You will support medication reviews, histories, therapeutic drug monitoring, discharge planning and patient counselling.
You will contribute to quality improvement, staff training and the ongoing development of pharmacy policies, with prospects in CPMP training and collaboration.
