Job Description
Breakthru, part of the Royal Rehab Group, is hiring a Career Coach to support people with disability, injury or health conditions on their journey to meaningful employment across NSW and QLD.
You'll work in a team-oriented team, provide coaching from initial contact through applications and interviews, and connect participants with upskilling and employer prospects.
You'll track progress, uphold inclusive, person-centred practices, and meet KPIs.
