Job Description
Frontline Recruitment is seeking a Store Manager for Mackay, a large format retail location, to lead and develop a team of 30.
You will drive high-volume store performance, sales across departments, and exceptional customer service in a busy market.
You will recruit and induct staff, manage P&L;, and implement training to retain top talent.
In return, you'll receive a base salary of AUD 90,000 plus super and profit share, plus extensive retailer discounts.
