NSW Police Force in Auburn NSW is seeking a Mental Health Clinician to join the Health, Safety & Wellbeing PULSE unit.
The role focuses on enhancing employee wellbeing and mitigating psychosocial risk through mental health consultancy, counselling, and training delivery to employees, supervisors and managers.
You will support policy implementation, provide proactive interventions, and advise Commanders on regional programs and system effectiveness.
