Job Description
Charterhouse is partnering with a leading consulting organisation to recruit a Training Lead for a major public sector SAP transformation.
You will lead Learning & Capability across strategy, needs analysis, content development, delivery and post-go-live support.
This role combines strategic ownership, team leadership and hands-on delivery, with responsibility for training assets and multi-site delivery across a complex workforce.
