Job Description
RAC WA in Joondalup is seeking a Member Solutions Consultant to join the Joondalup Contact Centre in October. This full time role handles the first point of contact for over 1.3 million RAC members.

You will grow knowledge through training, manage member interactions daily, and navigate multiple systems to deliver trusted support and tailored solutions. The base salary is 69,* AUD plus super, with bonuses and shift loading and transparent opportunities for growth opportunities.
