Job Description
South Burnett CTC Inc (CTC) invites applications for a Property Officer to coordinate property, tenancy and asset management across our portfolio.
n
You will oversee leasing, conduct inspections, coordinate maintenance, manage records and support compliance while building positive relationships with tenants and providers.
n
The ideal candidate will have Certificate IV, experience in tenancy or property management, solid IT skills, and the ability to work flexibly in a community-focused organisation.
