Job Description
Morgans Financial is seeking a friendly, proactive Client Service Officer to join our Mackay branch. You will coordinate end-to-end administration, welcome recent clients, maintain records, and ensure documentation is accurate and compliant for a seamless advice experience from the first appointment through ongoing reviews.

You will work with a Financial Planner and our Client Services Team to manage calendars, onboarding, and meeting packs, while keeping clients updated on administrative items.
