The role focuses on expert Windows troubleshooting, enterprise AD, SCCM/Intune deployments, and proactive health checks across multi-domain settings in a 24x7 service setup.You will monitor systems, create automation and runbooks, mentor junior engineers, and provide data-driven improvements.
