This is a genuine leadership role for someone who wants to run the crew, not just the job in front of them.
You'll work across solar, battery, general electrical, refrigeration and HVAC, from current installs through to service calls and tracking down faults others couldn't find.Key responsibilitiesLead the field team day to day, allocating work and keeping jobs on trackRun residential and light commercial jobs independently from start to finishFault finding and diagnostics across electrical, solar, battery, refrigeration and HVAC systemsSupervise and mentor apprentices and electricians on siteEnsure compliance with AS/NZS and the relevant standards for your streamMaintain high workmanship, safety and documentation standardsBe a point of contact for customers on siteAbout youGrade A Electrical Licence (VIC)Robust fault finding and diagnostic skillsProven leadership experience,
