Splend is seeking a Collections Officer to help maintain healthy cash flow by contacting customers to recover overdue payments.
You will use negotiation and communication skills to resolve debts while maintaining solid client relationships.
This role is quick-paced, with a wide range of customers, and requires a proactive approach to ensure compliance with regulations and internal processes.
Experience in automotive or fleet sectors is advantageous.
