Anaconda is seeking a Team Leader to guide our store team and ensure every customer leaves with the best possible experience.
You'll support and lead the team in all aspects of the business, coaching and developing up to 20 team members, and drive service, sales, and merchandising.You will take ownership of product management within each department, analyze sales trends, and work to smash budgets.
Late nights and weekends required; Australian work rights essential.
