We are seeking a Service Support Coordinator in Victoria to handle service, warranty and spare parts enquiries and to coordinate with customers, technicians and service agents.
You will maintain accurate records, provide timely updates, and learn internal systems.
Training will be provided, with a focus on CRM systems including Dynamics, while delivering excellent customer outcomes.
