Serendia, a Canberra-based construction management contractor, is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support our project portfolio across the ACT and Queensland.
Based in Canberra and reporting to a Project Manager, you will handle procurement, subcontract administration, progress claims and variations.
You will work with site teams, maintain records in Procore, monitor budgets, and help prepare forecasts.
