Ventia's Defence hospitality team in RAAF East Sale seeks an experienced Chef de Partie to deliver high-quality catering across breakfast, lunch and dinner.
You will work under the Head Chef in a rapid-paced, high-volume kitchen, contributing to field catering and special requirements while upholding safety and service excellence.
You'll mentor Kitchen Hands, ensure food safety and effective operations, and thrive in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder workplace.
