About the role

We're looking for a reliable, organised and skilled Operations Supervisor to run commercial painting jobs across the region.
n
This is a hands-on role combining on-the-tools painting with site leadership and job coordination.
n
You'll be responsible for keeping day-to-day work running smoothly while maintaining the quality and safety standards our clients expect.
n
What you'll do
n
Run day-to-day commercial painting jobs and deliver high-quality painting work
n
Lead small teams and coordinate schedules, inductions and job readiness
n
Communicate with clients, builders and site supervisors
n
Make sure materials,



labour and site requirements are organised
n
Maintain WHS and secure work practices
n
Help build presence across the Riverina
n
What you'll bring
n
Practical painting experience and confidence working on the tools
n
Experience leading a team or coordinating work on site
n
Solid communication and organisational skills
n
The ability to work independently, solve problems and keep jobs moving
n
