APG Workforce is recruiting for NSW Trustee & Guardian in Newcastle for a 100% onsite Customer Service Officer role.
You will engage Estate Management customers, respond via phone and email, and deliver accurate, timely resolutions within policy guidelines.The role emphasizes empathetic, trauma-informed communication, accurate record-keeping and adherence to service standards in a high-volume setting.
Experience in customer-focused call centres is highly desirable.
