Job Description

Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you will ensure regulatory integrity while enabling agile, customer-focused operations.
You will present to the Board and oversee governance, policy development, and cross-functional embedding of regulatory requirements into products, technology, and operations, fostering accountability and robust risk governance.
