We are looking for someone who is passionate about the Customer experience and looking to join our team at our Brendale Qld Branch.As the successful candidate, you will be well presented, qualified and have a strong willingness to take direction and learn current skills.
You are an excellent communicator, display sound time management and organisational skills combined with a strong guest focus.Your day will consist of:Greeting new and existing customers on arrivalAssist in the opening and closing of the shop, ensuring the showroom area is always clean and presentableAnswering phones, booking,



and confirming appointments and entering of new client details in the systemTaking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basisProviding general administration and reporting support to the sales team and ManagementEnsure adequate supplies of stationery and equipmentOrganise and coordinate internal and external purchase ordersPlace orders with our suppliersLiaise with external vendors and suppliersFamiliar with computer software such as Microsoft Excel / Word and invoicingCoordinate incoming and outgoing mailExceptional customer service skills over the phone and face to face
