Audika Ballarat is seeking a Clinic Co-ordinator to support our hearing clinic on a 6-month mat leave cover.
The role is part time (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 9am–5pm) with no weekends, working with clinicians and reception teams to deliver exceptional customer care.You will manage front-desk operations, appointments, and basic hearing device support while promoting client services and community engagement.
A compassionate, process-driven mindset and flexibility to cover shifts are essential.
