Step up, lead the floor and help deliver a great dining experience.Our client, Cessnock Leagues Club, is looking for an experienced hospitality professional to join Terrace Kitchen team as the Restaurant Supervisor.This is a great prospect for someone who loves being part of the action and is ready to take the next step in their hospitality career.Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you'll help lead the front-of-house team, coordinate busy services and make sure members and guests receive a consistently welcoming and professional dining experience.
When the Restaurant Manager isn't on shift, you'll provide hands-on leadership to keep the restaurant running smoothly.What you'll be doingYou'll be visible on the floor and actively involved in service, with a focus on:Supporting the restaurant team and coordinating front-of-house serviceKeeping service running smoothly, particularly during busy periodsWorking closely with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver a outstanding customer experienceCoaching team members and supporting the training and onboarding of new employeesEngaging with members and guests, resolving service issues and responding to feedbackMaintaining high standards of presentation, RSA, WHS,



food safety and operational compliance.You'll also assist with bookings, POS and cash handling, shift procedures, functions and special events as required.About youExperience in restaurant, hospitality or food and beverage serviceSupervisory or team leadership experience, or the confidence and experience to take that next stepStrong customer service, communication and problem-solving skillsThe ability to lead a team and stay calm and organised during busy servicesExperience with POS and restaurant booking systemsA current RSA and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.Why join Cessnock Leagues Club?
