Perigon Group is seeking a Property Manager to take ownership of a Brisbane CBD commercial portfolio.
This full time role focuses on tenant relationships, lease renewals, budgets, CAPEX and day-to-day property operations, with autonomy to shape portfolio performance.Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, you will optimise occupancy, coordinate site visits, and liaise with contractors and external stakeholders to deliver outcomes for investors.
