MannaCare is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Coordinator to join our People & Culture team and lead education and training across the organisation.You will develop and coordinate the annual Education and Training Calendar, deliver clinical and competency-based education, support onboarding and induction, and ensure mandatory training requirements are met.
You will oversee ALIS LMS and training compliance while coordinating internal and external providers.
