Job Description
Probe CX is seeking an inbound support agent to assist government clients with information on federal grants, program updates, and business registrations.
You will research guidelines, log summaries, and resolve issues while maintaining strict data privacy and compliance.
The role requires excellent English, CRM proficiency, and solid typing.
Training is in office for two weeks, followed by a hybrid arrangement with some days in Melbourne, Australia.
